Stock Sprout Market Game is an educational stock market simulation that uses fake money, simulated stock prices, simulated banking balances, simulated loans, and simulated portfolio activity. This policy explains what information the app handles.

Stock Sprout Market Game does not require users to create an account or sign in. The app is designed to work without collecting personal information from users.

The app may store gameplay information on the user’s device, such as player name, simulated balances, simulated portfolio holdings, save slots, settings, progress, trivia results, alerts, and other gameplay state.

iCloud Save Backup

If iCloud is available and enabled for the app, Stock Sprout Market Game may save backup copies of game save slots to the user’s private iCloud account. This is used only to help preserve game progress across installs or devices signed into the same Apple ID. We do not operate a separate server to read or sell this information.

Notifications

If the user enables stock alerts and grants notification permission, the app may send local device notifications for simulated stock alert events. These notifications are generated by the app on the device.

In-App Purchases

Stock Sprout Market Game may offer optional consumable support tips through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. These tips do not unlock gameplay, add game money, improve odds, affect classroom contests, or change user progress. Purchases are processed by Apple.

Children and Schools

Stock Sprout Market Game is intended as an educational simulation. The classroom/teacher dashboard feature is locked off for this release. The app does not include public chat, user-generated content feeds, unrestricted web browsing, or advertising.
